The new variant of the Sober.E Worm called Sober.F is quickly creating a great deal of Internet Noise.
Sober.F, like it predecessor Sober.E, spreads by sending itself as an email attachment using its own SMTP engine. The worm also attempts to download and execute a file from a remote Web site. This is a most likely a German-born Worm written in Visual Basic. |
