While Susan’s husband, Frederic, oversees the day-to-day operations and direction of company, Susan has become an integral adviser and support to the TNTMAX leadership team.
President & CIO
Frederic has over 32 years’ experience in the field of technology. Over the years he has developed expertise in application development, big data, security, compliance, open source technologies and IT consulting.
Director of Technology
Daniel Beato is an IT Professional that has been working in the industry for more than 10 years. He is an avid reader and supporter of the Online Technology community and can be found in Twitter, Spiceworks and Local IT Community Meetups.
Director of Administration
Christen has over 30 years of administrative and management experience. Christen has worked across several industries picking up skills and certifications in human resources, accounting, management and more.
IT Consultant
Matt has over 10 years’ experience working in the IT industry. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog.

Andrew began as an intern at TNTMAX while he was still in high school. Now, he’s a full-time member of our IT consulting team.

Combining her creative background and lifelong exposure to cybersecurity, Lily helps translate complex technology into clear, engaging messaging that reflects TNTMAX’s values and expertise.

Charlotte is a dual major in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Promotion at Marist University, combining creative vision and strategic marketing insight to TNTMAX’s marketing and brand communications.
